Massage Therapy Education Program
Our Massage Therapy Education program is a comprehensive full or part-time program with an emphasis on preparing graduates to excel in the field of massage therapy.
Each session is 9 weeks in length with at least one break week between. Students complete either an 800 or 1,000 hour program. Learn more about the program components or the full-time and part-time scheduling options.
The Massage Therapy Education Program at Elements of Wellness offers students small class sizes with lots of individual attention provided by an excellent, enthusiastic, experienced team of instructors and staff. Our program is not part of a technical school; we offer a personalized educational experience emphasizing a broad base of knowledge and understanding.
Specialization options include Spa Massage, Rehabilitative Massage, Eastern Bodywork, Energy Modalities, Deep tissue, and Myofascial Release.
MTE Advanced Certification Upon satisfactory completion of the Massage Therapy Education Program (MTE), graduates will be awarded the MTE Certificate of Completion. Students will be eligible for Provisional Licensure in Missouri and will be eligible to sit for the MBLEX following completion of their program.
The optional 200-hour Intensive progam offers specialized preparation for specific career paths and for taking the MBLEX. MTE Advanced Graduates will be among the most educated and well-prepared massage therapists in the United States and will be ready to step into the career of their dreams. Upon satisfactory completion of the Advanced Massage Therapy Education Program (MTE), graduates will be awarded the Advanced MTE Certificate of Completion. The Massage Therapy Education Program (MTE) is a 1000 hour, 16 month long program divided into seven 9-week sections.
MTE Certification Students are eligible to sit for the MBLEX and are eligible for Missouri Licensure following Core 4 (800 clock hours).
