Blanche Haley Insrtuctor

For over 11 years Blanche has been a licensed massage therapist and a valuable member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. She specializes in working with clients with chronic pain and tension in areas such as the low back, neck and shoulders, hips and/or pelvis and clients who suffer from headaches, migraines and TMJ. Women aged 40 and over who feel stressed, overwhelmed, stiff and sore after a full day are especially welcomed. She has worked as a team alongside chiropractors and personal trainers to ensure clients are getting the best service to alleviate their pain and tension and to increase their range of motion. She loves the transformation that can occur within one session where a client can go from pain to less pain or even pain free. She is passionate about using massage cups to assist in that because they are gentle and provide fast and lasting results.

Blanche received 800 hours of training at Elements of Wellness Massage School. After graduating and receiving her license, Blanche started a massage practice to serve the needs of the active geriatric community and women aged 40 plus. Since then she has advanced her skills through continuing education courses and is currently pursuing certification in Advanced Myofascial Release and Lymphatic Drainage. Blanche is skilled at providing deep tissue techniques, myofascial release therapy, assisted stretching, cupping and medical massage for relief from pain, tension, stiffness, soreness and repetitive postural misalignment. Her qualifications and training include 100+ hours of Myofascial Release, 40 hours of sports massage, 40 hours of medical massage and 40 hours of orthopedic massage. She’s also experienced in lymphatic facilitation for pre and post surgical prep.

When not providing massage you can catch Blanche on the massage table receiving massage, teaching massage classes at Elements of Wellness and being a Wellness coordinator for schools, small businesses and community centers.
