If you are looking for information, classes, and/or assistance with your heath and wellness, we can help. We are showcasing some of our new activities, classes, and our huge new space.

Wellness classes: Yoga, Meditation, Thai Chi, Feldenkrais, Yoga Teacher training, and more to come!

Massage Therapy:  We offer Professional Massage Therapy with some of the most well trained Massage Therapists in the area and at great prices. Sessions start at only $45.00.

References: We have a long list of references for many areas of health and wellness.  We have connections and personal experience with many Healthcare Professionals in most areas of the Health and Wellness field.

For Licensed Massage Therapists:

CE Classes: Please look at our CE class page under our Massage School tab for more information on our CE classes being offered in 2012.  Contact us with any questions or about CE classes you’d like to take but don’t see listed there.  We are an NCBTMB approved provider.

Internships:  We offer personalized internships in Energy/Somatic Work, Myofascial Release, Spa Massage, Chair Massage, Yoga Teacher Training and Business.  We also offer meetings with LMT’s looking for assistance with being successful in the their field either being self employed or working for someone.

Community support and job placement: We love having a community support program for all like minded individuals in the field of massage therapy and all health and wellness professionals.  We also have job placement assistance if needed.
